Tapspace Nightscape by Shane Mulligan

Nightscape by Shane Mulligan is a solo written for hand percussion and electronics, using a variety of African instruments. Typically, each instrument would be played by a different player, but in this solo work, each instrument has pattern that is played and looped with an electronic pedal.

This piece is sure to be a hit at any recital - it lets a performer show what they're capable of with their hand percussion skills, while also engaging the audience with comfortable and exciting grooves and the "wow" factor of looping!
