DFZ Series snare shells are made from 10 plies of pure North American maple, with chrome-plated hardware and 16-strand, individually tunable textured guts for a responsive sound at all dynamics.
The Shorty marching snare has the same pro-level features of the full-height snare drum, but this version is 2 inches shorter for reduced weight and a lighter sound that is especially good for indoor groups.
