Meinl Helix Bowl

The Helix Bowl from Meinl is a unique instrument that truly is in a world of its own. It produces a wide variety of spacey sounds, wobbling in between many different pitches freely.

You play it by holding the bowl with one hand against your chest and using the included beater to strike the coil. The sound can be modified by adjusting how much of the bowl is in contact with your body, creating a wah-wah effect.
