This Pork Pie 6.5" x 14" Aluminum Snare Drum in Sea Foam Green is custom-made by Bill Detamore, as are all the drums from Pork Pie. Signed and sealed by Bill, this crisp, dry-sounding, lightweight snare drum features a sharp, sea foam green finish.
With 2.3mm triple-flanged counterhoops and a smooth, secure throw-off, the chrome hardware on this drum enables a resonant, tight sound at a good variety of tunings. The lightweight metal design means it is a perfect on-the-road snare drum, as well, and the dry nature of the metal means it performs very well under microphones!
