The Pearl e/MERGE 5-Piece Traditional Electronic Drum Set has an insane amount of features that will make it any drummer's playground. The MDL-1 Sound Module has a quick pair of multicore processors, and a wide spectrum of Pearl acoustic drum samples that are filled with drum sounds from all around the world.

The sounds were recorded in famous Nashville recording studios, and they range from modern instruments to vintage instruments to fully electronic sounds. There are some tones specifically sampled from famous Pearl artists, and you can even customize your own sounds!

The module has 8 assignable outputs, along with two master outputs, headphone outputs and an auxiliary input. The ambience slider allows you to blend in the room microphones to a variety of different intensities, adding natural room reverb to your sound!

The PUREtouch Electronic Pad System is both quiet and accurate - there are six layers of material designed to make the head feel more like an authentic drum, and the rim triggers allow for rim shots, rim clicks, and cross sticks. A full 14" diameter snare drum also helps with authenticity!

This kit also comes with a full bass drum for a more natural and authentic feel when you play with your foot, adding to the overall realism and comfort you will feel when transitioning from a physical drum set.

The cymbal pads each have multiple zones for added realism and accuracy, and are wrapped in rubber for a soft sound that won't be too loud in close quarters. When you grab the cymbal, instead of instantly choking the sound, it immediately triggers the natural harmonic ring that comes with muting a real cymbal!
