Designed explicitly for Grover Pro Professional Music Anvils, the Dual-Tone Anvil Hammer features two sides - one brass, one nylon - to give you a bright, unforgiving anvil sound or a slightly muted, darker metallic clang. Its heavily weighted front puts a lot of power in each stroke with little effort.
The flat striking surface of the hammer's sides contact more surface area of the anvil than a round mallet, producing greater volume and depth of tone.
