Gretsch's 6.5" x 14" Silver Series Maple Snare Drum features a naturally balanced, very warm 10-ply shell that has been coated on the inside with Silver Sealer to boost sound projection. The full 6.5" depth helps give the snare some meat to every hit.
The shell on this drum has 30-degree snare wires, a Remo Coated Ambassador batter head, and a Remo Ambassador resonant head to give you good sounds out of the box.
